"Health is not everything, but everything is nothing without it"
~ Schopenhauer
What is your idea of good health?
Some say it is to live disease-free, and sure, that’s really important but we think there’s more to it than simply being free of disease.
We have a belief that we are all entitled to enjoy a long and healthy life with plenty of energy to keep up with the kids, to play sport and to do all of the things we love to do.
To truly enjoy vibrant good health, we sometimes need to make changes to our lifestyle, changes that are sustainable and enjoyable enough that we can’t wait to get out of bed to start another fantastic day.
The western diet that most of us are accustomed to, is no longer enough to keep us as healthy as we would wish, in fact it is actually sending us to the Doctor more than ever before…our grandparents would be horrified if they could see what’s been done to our food.
Researchers at the Universty of Califorina in 1997 began to investigate why certain women were showing high rates of anemia despite their regular consumption of spinach – normally a food high in iron. The researchers had obtained a sample of spinach from this particular area grown in 1953 and they compared it to a current sample. The results were alarming – it would take about 43 bowls of the modern spinach to equal one bowl of the spinach from 1953 to obtain the same iron content!
It is now 2015 and the fruit and vegetables we now eat are even more deficient in minerals and vitamins, making it more important than ever in human history to use daily supplements to make up for the shortfall of nutrients in our fresh produce.
“Every disease and every ailment can be traced to a mineral deficiency”
~ Two times Nobel Prize winner Dr Linus Pauling
So we’re not getting enough high-quality nutrition from our foods to sustain good health, that we know for sure.
The next thing we are sure of is that we are now being inundated with chemicals and toxins on a daily basis, toxins that the body is no longer able to excrete in the normal ways. The air we breathe, the water we drink, our soils, the inside of our homes and offices, and even the foods we eat – are filled with thousands of different chemicals. Hundreds of new ones are introduced every year, and their safety – not to mention the endless potential combinations of chemicals – are rarely tested.

Simply put, we are getting sicker as a race and even though the baby boomers are living longer, they are having to face more operations, more stresses and more serious illnesses than ever before.
Unfortunately, the next generation will fare even worse and are expected to live a shorter life than their parents, for the first time in human history.
This is a tragedy waiting to happen unless we do something to address the main challenges this generation is facing: obesity, toxicity, lack of good nutrition and stress.
It is never too late to make a change and there is no time like the present.
We are so grateful to have discovered a Nutritional Cleansing System that addresses these modern day issues and here is Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor and Spinning Instructor Mary Evans as well as Sports Dietician, Dani Catania explain how!
