Salmon omelette (one whole egg, 3 whites and 80g of smoked salmon), roast pumpkin and salad (spinach, tomato, cucumber, avocado). This meal has over 30 grams of protein! 💪

Food for thought: a medium sized (90gm) bar of Cadbury dairy milk chocolate is 486 calories (more than this whole plate of food!), with only 7 grams of protein and a truckload of saturated fats and sugar.
