Nut-Free One Bowl Bliss Balls

It's 39 deg today in Perth and too hot to be outside so we decided to make some healthy snacks! Check out the Roman apron my son wanted to wear haha
Nut Free No Blend Bliss Balls:
1/2 cup of tahini (or natural nut butter)
1/3 cup rice syrup (or honey)
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon raw cacao
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/4 cups dessicated coconut.
In a bowl mix tahini, vanilla, syrup and salt then mix through the coconut. Shape into balls and pop into the fridge to set.
Easy as! Makes 10.
