My Story:
For as long as I can remember my health, fitness and ability to compete in sport has been a hugely important part of who I am. I was a representative athlete in my teens and 20s and competed in speed skating at an international level, played basketball and volleyball at national level and participated in a broad selection of local and national sporting events in my home country, New Zealand.
When I turned 40 in 2013 I found myself with a new excitement for life and felt inspired and positive about the next decade and beyond. I had moved to Perth, Western Australia years earlier, had two beautiful young children, a career which I loved and was surrounding by loving friends and family. I was still active and playing volleyball and basketball but my body seemed to be unable to keep up with my spirit and was failing at some of the tasks I was asking of it! I knew I had to make changes, lose a few kilos and improve my diet or risk losing the ability to compete in the sports I loved so dearly.
I went in search of some assistance and found a nutritional company called Isagenix. It seemed to offer everything I wanted. I have more energy, sleep better, maintain better focus and deal with the rigors of everyday life with more calmness and clarity than I thought possible.
