Since I started on my little journey nearly 3 years ago I’ve become more and more interested into what I put into my body.
Now not just in……but onto aswell!Do you know that so much of what we put into our skin goes straight into our bloodstream? Scary isn’t it.
Think of all those face creams that you use everyday?
Those skin lotions you lather all over your body…..
What I wanted to bring to everyone’s attention today was Deoderants or more importantly Anti-Perspirants!
Have you ever thought about the word Anti-Perspriant? What’s it doing to our body……stopping it from perspiring.
Stops you from sweating and having a big wet patch under your arms.
Do you think it’s a good idea to stop our body doing what it is supposed to do? I certainly don’t think so! I am a massive believer in the human body and how it functions. It works a particular way as that’s the way it needs to work.
Do you know that Pigs don’t sweat? With perspiration, this is how we release so many of the toxins that are built up in our bodies. So pigs don’t sweat…..where do you think their toxins go? They stay within their bodies. What do we do with their bodies? WE EAT THEM!
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE ham, bacon, pork’s OK I guess and yes I do eat it but I also cleanse my body to elimate all this toxic buildup of eating said things and due to other environmental factors. I seem to have gone a little off track, so swinging back around…..Our bodies NEED to sweat! It’s a part of our daily functioning so why would you want to stop this?
To allow this (but to ensure we don’t have a nasty odour), there are MANY different Deoderants on the market. See the attach pics of just a few.
These do range from being organic to just natural to just aluminium free.
These are all my personal products and I like to mix them up so my body doesn’t get used to one particular one as I find that becomes less effective.
I’m in love with the dr.organic ones at the moment (I’ve only just found them at my local Health food store).
Try them out and let me know how you go!
