Sesame Peanut Chew Bars

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 3 scoops IsaLean chocolate whey protein powder 1/2 cup organic brown rice crisps cereal 1/4 cup all honey 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1-2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Plus sesame seeds to top.

Method:

Grease a small slice tray or loaf pan and line with baking paper.

In a food processor blitz oats until they become a flour like consistency then transfer to a bowl and mix other dry ingredients.

In a saucepan, melt honey and peanut butter together until melted and combined then add this mixture as well as the vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

Mix well then press into tray or loaf pan. Top with sesame seeds then refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.

Slice into 12 bars and 1/2 is a snack.
